Overview

Mazi Inc provides this Limited Warranty for sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and faucets (“Products”) distributed by Mazi Inc and sold within the United States.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, subject to the terms below.

Warranty Periods

Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date shown on a valid receipt or invoice.

  • Sinks: Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • Toilets (ceramic body): 2 Year Warranty

  • Bathtub: 2 Year Warranty

  • Faucets (body): 2 Year Warranty

  • Faucet components (cartridges, hoses, seals): 1 Year Warranty

Exclusive Remedy

If a covered defect occurs during the applicable warranty period, Mazi Inc, at its sole discretion, will:

  • Repair the defective product or part, or

  • Replace the product or part with the same or a comparable model, or

  • Refund the original purchase price.

THIS IS THE PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

Commercial-Use Disclaimer

Products used in commercial, industrial; rental, multi-family, hospitality, or other non-residential applications are subject to different warranty terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Commercial use warranties are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase

  • Certain cosmetic finishes, internal components, and wear parts may be excluded

  • Higher-use environments may result in reduced product lifespan

Commercial buyers should contact Mazi Inc prior to purchase for applicable warranty terms.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA AND FEDERAL LAW:

MAZI INC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If implied warranties cannot be fully disclaimed under applicable law, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE SAME PERIOD AS THIS LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Installation services, labor, or any damage to the product caused by installation (including but not limited to cracks, chips, scratches, dents, or breakage that occurs during handling, fitting, or mounting by the installer or customer).

  • Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Failure to follow installation, care, or maintenance instructions

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, chips, or cosmetic discoloration

  • Damage caused by water quality issues, including hard water, corrosion, or mineral buildup

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning agents or chemicals

  • Products modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons

  • Labor costs, service calls, removal, or reinstallation

  • Freight, shipping, or handling charges

Installation Requirement

Products must be installed by a licensed and qualified plumbing professional in accordance with all applicable United States plumbing codes.
Improper installation voids this Limited Warranty.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAZI INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, including but not limited to property damage, water damage, loss of use, or labor costs.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. Proof of purchase

  2. Product model number

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

Transferability

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Terms of Service

Measurements, specifications, and particular weights are approximate and are solely provided for illustration purposes. Our company makes an affirmative, yet reasonable, endeavor to model the accurate representation of each of its products. As most of our products encompass a wide array of colors, we cannot guarantee that the color exhibited is the actual color of the product. Variation in color will largely depend on the color configuration on your computer system. Availability of products may also vary periodically. Display of a product on the web site does not guarantee that the item is in stock. Upon purchase of any products, you are obligated to abide by all applicable laws in relation to possession, usage, and sale of the items.

LEGAL TERMS

Mazi Inc shall not be liable in case of: (A) improper installation or modification, damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects, improper care or maintenance, improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.), and any modifications made to the product after it left Mazi Inc. premises; (B) wear and tear, including chips, scratches and stains that can occur under normal use; or (C) loss or damage to any person or property whatsoever resulting from a defective product.

All transportation costs to and from the point of purchase, labor, removal and reinstallation will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

For greater clarity, accessories that accompany the sink (strainers, waste fittings, waste chutes etc.) are under separate product-specific warranties.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBTED BY LAW, NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE DEEMED TO EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR A PERIOD GREATER THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD CONTAINED IN MAZI’S LIMITED WARRANTY, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. MAZI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. SOME PROVINCES, STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS RELATING TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty applies only to the products sold and installed in Canada and the U.S.A. This warranty supersedes all previous warranties for any MAZI sink, faucet, accessory, soap dispenser, and repair part in the U.S.A and Canada. This is MAZI’s exclusive written warranty, and the warranty is not transferable without the prior written consent of Mazi, in its sole and absolute discretion.
